TERMS OF SALE
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions made through the refrigerant-euro.com online store. By placing an order via our website, the customer agrees to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These terms are valid from the moment the specific order is confirmed.
Additionally, the customer confirms that accepting the current Terms and Conditions is linked to their application to a specific order and subsequent orders unless new conditions are provided by refrigerant-euro.com.
We reserve the right to change the Terms of Sale at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to read the Terms before placing an order. Any changes take effect from the date they are published on refrigerant-euro.com.
All actions and terms, as well as any related matters, are subject to the laws of the country in which the company is based, unless other existing provisions contradict this.
PARTIES
On one side: refrigerant-euro.com
On the other side: The Client, whose goal is to be a consumer and/or user and/or tenant of products or services provided by refrigerant-euro.com. The customer is responsible for the information provided on the refrigerant-euro.com website. They are also responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
REGULATIONS
According to the new regulation on fluorinated greenhouse gases — F-GAS 517/2014, restrictions apply only to gases with a high GWP (>1400).
The customer is required to provide a valid handler card for fluorinated gases during the sale, either by email or after receiving the product. If the customer does not have a valid card for handling fluorinated gases, according to the Ministry of Environment and EU regulations, the sale is allowed only if the customer states that the product will be used for activities not included in the CEE517/2014, article 10. In this case, the customer bears all legal responsibility for providing false information.
We would like to inform our clients that, in accordance with the new law, we are obliged to store detailed information about customers and the quantities of products purchased in the trade register. The register remains available to the authorities upon their request.
Before purchasing fluorinated gases, we recommend that the buyer familiarize themselves with local laws regarding taxes.
For all products falling under the European F-GAS 517/2014 law, we reserve the right to not ship the product and refund the order if the customer's company information or tax details are entered incorrectly. The sales register required by the above law cannot be properly filled without this information.
ORDERS
Orders are placed through the refrigerant-euro.com online catalog. All orders must be paid within 48 hours, otherwise, they will be canceled.
All orders are subject to review, and can also be canceled before shipment without compensation to the buyer if they are deemed to be made by mistake (e.g., typographical error), or due to changes in pricing by the manufacturer, market fluctuations, or material shortages. Orders totaling 0 euros will be considered typographical errors and will not be processed.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept payments via bank transfer. refrigerant-euro.com reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the payment if the transaction is found to be fraudulent.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are usually shipped via DHL, SEUR, DPD, UPS, or TIPSA. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The shipping company will confirm the expected delivery date to the customer.
We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, but the order will be considered delivered once the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. refrigerant-euro.com is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect delivery information (name, address, phone number).
INVOICING
In accordance with the F-GAS 517/2014 and 573/2024 regulations, to obtain an invoice and process the order, customers must provide the following documentation:

Completed, signed, and stamped declaration of purchase of fluorinated greenhouse gases (F-GAS).

Certificate of competence in handling gases (if applicable).

Valid tax number (NIF).
Please send scanned copies of the required documents to our email info@refrigerant-euro.com within 3 days of placing the order. If we do not receive the necessary documents, we will not be able to complete your order and will refund the payment.
WARRANTY
Air conditioners come with a two-year warranty, as provided by law. They must be installed by professionals. To ensure your warranty is valid, you must submit an official document confirming the installation warranty (at least 6 months), a certificate from an authorized installer, and the installation invoice.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by negligence, mishandling, improper use, wear and tear, incorrect electrical pressure, or improper installation by an unauthorized service center.
RETURNS POLICY
For standard products, the right to return the purchase is 14 days from the delivery date, and the return will be processed. If the product is not returned in perfect condition, 100% of its price will not be refunded. The product must be returned in its original packaging, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
