The store is primarily intended for companies, professionals, distributors and other customers purchasing products in connection with their commercial or professional activities.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Automatic receipt of an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Where availability, price, buyer documentation, regulatory compliance or transport conditions need to be verified, the order will remain subject to such verification.
The applicable version shall be the version published on the website when the order is accepted.
Professional and B2B Customers
refrigerant-euro.com primarily serves professional and business customers.
By placing an order as a business or professional, the buyer confirms that the products are being purchased in connection with commercial or professional activities.
Certain products, particularly fluorinated greenhouse gases, may be subject to specific requirements concerning sale, purchase, transport, installation, servicing, handling or use.
The ability to purchase a product does not automatically authorise the buyer to carry out every activity involving that product.
Purchases for Distribution or Resale
Companies, distributors and resellers purchasing refrigerants for subsequent distribution or resale may indicate this purpose during the purchasing process.
Where products are purchased exclusively for distribution or resale and the buyer will not perform activities for which certification is required, Refrigerant Euro may request company documentation and a declaration confirming the resale purpose.
The following may be requested:
- company name and details;
- VAT number or equivalent tax identification;
- business address;
- information concerning the company's activity;
- signed declaration confirming purchase for distribution or resale;
- other information necessary to verify the transaction.
A resale declaration does not replace any certification legally required if the buyer subsequently performs installation, maintenance, servicing, repair or other regulated activities.
A buyer subsequently reselling the products is responsible for complying with the obligations applicable to it as a seller or distributor, including, where applicable, buyer verification, certification, traceability and record-keeping requirements.
F-Gas Regulations
The sale and supply of fluorinated greenhouse gases are carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/573 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 February 2024, together with other applicable European Union and national legislation.
Applicable requirements may vary depending on the refrigerant, intended use, buyer, activity, equipment and destination country.
Where fluorinated greenhouse gases are purchased for activities for which certification is required by applicable legislation, the sale will be subject to the corresponding certification requirements.
The absence of the buyer's own certificate does not automatically mean that every purchase is prohibited. Applicable requirements must be determined according to the purpose of the purchase and the activities to be performed.
Buyer Verification and Documentation
Before confirming or dispatching an order, Refrigerant Euro may request documentation required to verify compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Depending on the transaction, this may include:
- company details;
- VAT or equivalent tax number;
- F-Gas-related certificate where legally required;
- information about intended use;
- buyer or reseller declaration;
- details of the certified company or professional performing regulated work, where applicable;
- delivery country and address;
- other reasonably necessary documentation.
Placing or paying for an order does not constitute final acceptance where prior verification is required.
Refrigerant Euro may suspend or reject an order where compliance cannot be verified.
Where a paid order is rejected before final acceptance, the corresponding payment will be refunded.
F-Gas Records
Refrigerant Euro will maintain records required under applicable legislation.
Where required, these may include buyer information, relevant certificate number, refrigerant type, quantity purchased and transaction date.
Records will be retained for the legally required period.
Product Information
Refrigerant Euro aims to ensure that product descriptions, images and technical specifications are accurate and current.
Certain characteristics may vary depending on the manufacturer, batch or supplied format.
Where relevant, the following may be confirmed:
- manufacturer;
- country of origin;
- cylinder or packaging type;
- net quantity;
- technical documentation;
- Safety Data Sheet (SDS);
- Declaration of Conformity;
- batch-related documentation.
Images are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.
The buyer must ensure that the selected refrigerant is suitable for the intended equipment and application.
Different refrigerants must not be considered automatically interchangeable.
Availability
A product being displayed in the catalogue does not guarantee immediate availability.
Where a product is unavailable under the originally expected conditions, Refrigerant Euro may offer a new estimated date, a clearly identified alternative, an order amendment or cancellation with refund.
Any substitution requires the buyer's approval.
Prices and Taxes
Applicable prices are those confirmed in the order, commercial quotation, proforma invoice or invoice.
Tax treatment may depend on the seller's and buyer's countries, origin and destination of the goods, buyer's tax status, VAT number, product type and applicable legislation.
VAT and any other applicable taxes or charges will be determined in accordance with the relevant rules.
The buyer must provide accurate tax information.
Order Processing
Orders may be placed through the online catalogue or a commercial quotation issued by Refrigerant Euro.
Availability, price, quantity, documentation, tax data, transport conditions and legal requirements may be verified before acceptance.
A clearly incorrect price, including EUR 0 caused by a technical error, does not oblige Refrigerant Euro to supply the product at that price.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made by bank transfer.
Unless another period is stated, payment must be made within 48 hours of the payment request.
Goods are dispatched after payment has been confirmed unless different commercial terms have been expressly agreed.
Invoicing
Invoices are issued using the information provided by the buyer.
The buyer must verify the accuracy of its company name, address, tax number and VAT number.
F-Gas documentation requirements are handled separately from tax invoicing requirements.
Delivery Policy
Products are shipped using transport operators suitable for the relevant goods and transportation requirements.
Where special transport requirements apply, including requirements concerning regulated or dangerous goods, only compatible transport services will be used.
Carrier availability depends on destination, goods classification, quantity, weight, container type and carrier conditions.
Orders are normally processed on working days.
Dispatch and delivery times are estimates unless a binding date has been expressly confirmed.
Next-day delivery is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing for the specific order.
Receipt of Goods
The buyer should inspect the apparent condition of the shipment upon delivery.
Visible damage, shortages or irregularities should be recorded on the carrier's delivery document and supported by photographs and relevant documentation.
Any issue should be reported to Refrigerant Euro as soon as possible.
Cylinders and Containers
Cylinder conditions depend on the specific product.
Before purchasing, the buyer should confirm whether the container:
- is included in the price;

- requires a deposit;
- is returnable;
- or is subject to other conditions.
Returns
Transactions made by businesses and professionals within their commercial activities are B2B transactions.
Refrigerant Euro may accept commercial return requests submitted within 14 calendar days of receipt, subject to prior authorisation.
The product must remain unused, sealed, identifiable, properly stored and suitable for resale.
Used, partially used, opened, buyer-damaged, untraceable or specially sourced products will normally not be accepted for return.
Refrigerants must be returned using legally appropriate transport.
Unless the return results from an error by Refrigerant Euro, an incorrect product or an accepted defect, return transport costs will be borne by the buyer.
Refunds will be made after receipt and inspection.
Safety and Compatibility
The relevant Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and manufacturer documentation must be reviewed before use.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that persons handling or using the products have the qualifications and certifications required by applicable law.
Refrigerant selection and use must comply with the equipment manufacturer's specifications and approvals.
References to replacement or retrofit applications are informational and do not mean that one refrigerant is automatically a direct replacement for another.
Buyer Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate information, verifying applicable legal requirements, obtaining necessary certifications, properly storing and handling the goods and using them lawfully and safely.
Limitation of Liability
Refrigerant Euro is not responsible for damage caused by incompatible equipment, improper handling, incorrect storage, work carried out without required qualifications or regulatory non-compliance by the buyer.
Nothing in these conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Force Majeure
Refrigerant Euro will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control, including transport interruptions, legal restrictions, strikes, conflicts, natural disasters or dangerous-goods restrictions.
Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on refrigerant-euro.com and applicable data protection legislation.

Changes to These Terms
Refrigerant Euro may update these Terms due to commercial, technical, tax, logistical or regulatory changes.
Changes will not apply retroactively to orders already accepted unless required by law.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and transactions made through refrigerant-euro.com will be governed by the law applicable to the relevant transaction and any mandatory legal provisions.
For B2B transactions, the parties will initially seek to resolve disputes through negotiation.
